In the course of time the aluminium device has been fixed by 2 bolts:

• on our "seat post luggage racks" (photos above).
• on our luggage racks
• on a board on the luggage rack

• Aluminium square 20x20 mm, length 290 mm
• Aluminium square 20x20 mm, length 60 mm
• Aluminium angle iron 28x16 mm, length 150 mm
• Threaded rod Ø 4 mm, and Nylstop brake nuts Ø 4 (+ fan lock washers)
• Threaded rod Ø 5 mm, and Nylstop lock nuts Ø 5 (+ extra-large washers)
• 4 countersunk screws Ø 4 mm, and Nylstop brake nuts Ø 4 (+ fan lock washers)
• 2 springs Ø 15 mm (coil length at rest, about 100 mm)
• 1 hinge 22 mm x 100 mm (unfolded) (purchased from Leroy-Merlin)
• Thick rubber (e.g. old handlebar grip recovered)
